Traditional Approach: The implant is submerged beneath the mucosal tissue, requiring a second-stage surgery for exposure.

1. Incise the soft tissue to expose the bone surface.

2. Prepare the implant site through sequential drilling.

3. Place the implant into the prepared osteotomy.

1. Incise the mucosa to expose the implant.

2. Place the healing abutment.

3. Suture the wound and wait for 2 weeks for soft tissue healing and shaping.
